Once home to four dilapidated rental houses, Accord members tranformed these downtown Madison parcels into a 24-unit condominium building through the acquisition, development, financing, construction and marketing of the project.

The Accord professionals acquired, financed, designed, constructed and marketed this 58-unit condominium which is nestled in a treed glen adjacent to McKee Farms Park in Fitchburg.

Built as garden apartments in 1998, Accord personnel converted this 13-unit building into owner-occupied condominiums after completing cosmetic and structural upgrades.
