Accord Realty, LLC is a family owned limited liability company spawned by the void in the local Madison market for a professional real estate firm with varied expertise that provides personalized customer service.

Brandon Grosse is our energetic managing real estate broker with 12 years in professional sales including 5 years at Zimbrick, Inc. as Internet Sales Director and 7 years with Bunbury & Associates as a Real Estate Agent.

Brandon knows real estate and as importantly, understands his clients and his customers’ needs when providing asset investment advice.

Tom Geier has been immersed in the real estate industry since 1975.  A licensed broker, Tom has retail sales, corporate real estate, depressed market, mortgage banking, investment analysis, development and property management experience.

Dennis Grosse is our construction expert with over 35 years invested in the custom home, apartment, condominium and office/retail sectors of the local market.

Office staff members have assisted these principals since 1979.
